Scheduling Your Adventure Boot Camp Evaluation
For Oakley, Blue Ash, Anderson, Bridgetown and Florence camp locations:

Now is the time to schedule your evaluation with Michelle.   Please click here to access the online schedule and use the area in the upper right hand corner to log in, or to create a new account ("New Users: Sign up!”).     

Please keep in mind that times will fill up quickly. And so as a courtesy, please ONLY schedule a time that you feel confident that you can keep, as rescheduling will be very difficult once the times are taken.

Important Note: For an accurate evaluation you’ll need to be well hydrated (drink lots of water over several hours leading up to evaluation time), and you cannot have eaten or have exercised for 3 hours prior to your evaluation time.

Should you have any difficulty in making an online appointment, or if you need to make arrangements for a time not shown on the calendar, please contact us at eval@healthstylefitness.com and we’ll coordinate your evaluation day and time directly.
