This challenge will take place April 27 through July 31.  12 weeks of structured training created to shape and tone, while maximizing fat loss.  12 weeks of weekly goals to maintain focus.  Healthy fat loss eating to allow you to look, feel and perform your very best for the summer of 2015.

  • 12 weeks of training broken into 4-week segments. 
  • 3-5 Workouts per week in your choice of 5 Adventure Boot Camp Locations

  • Saturday morning meet-ups for power walking or running to burn calories and prepare for a summer 5K

  • An exclusive women’s only ABC 5K on August 9 to celebrate YOUR successes!  Please note, this is NOT a sanctioned race, but an opportunity to hone in on a running goal, and/or give you a push for the next level.

Step One - Make a decision.  If you’re ready to make a serious commitment, move onto step 2.

Where and When does Summer Slim Down happen: 

You must be registered for all three 4-week camp sessions.  The dates are April 27 – May 23, June 1 – 26, and July 7 – July 31.  There is a one week break between sessions, which your body will need for recovery after 4-weeks of density training.  These won’t be slack off weeks, you’ll have some exercise homework to complete to allow for recovery, while keeping your progress going strong.  The 5 location options and times are:

·         Anderson - @ Anderson Center (5:30am) 
·         Oakley @ Crossroads Church (5:30am)
·         Blue Ash - Sycamore High School (5:30am)
·         Bridgetown - St. Jude (5:30am)
·         Central Park @ Smith Road (8am or 6pm)

 How much does it cost?

  • 3-days per week – 3 monthly payments of $175.20
  • 4-days per week – 3 monthly payments of $207.20
  • 5-days per week – 3 monthly payments of $239.20
