Bring a Friend to Adventure Boot Camp

We'd love to have your friend join us on Wednesday in camp!

Here are the guidelines ...

  • Your friend must fill out the "friend" form, indicating that she is physically capable of participating.  We need to know she's allowed to exercise!  Click here to download the form! 
  • She'll need to bring a mat and a couple pairs of dumbbells
  • Your friend will need to meet with your instructor during the warm up for a few guidelines and recommendations to maximize her workout experience
  • You can bring as many friends as you like, but each friend can only attend the "friend day" once per 4-week camp session.
