guidelines ...

Your friend
must fill out the "friend" form, indicating that she is
physically capable of participating. We need to know she's
allowed to exercise!

She'll need to bring a mat and a couple pairs of dumbbells

Your friend will need to meet with your instructor during
the warm up for a few
guidelines and
recommendations to maximize her workout
experience

You can bring as many friends as you like, but each friend
can only attend the "friend day" once per 4-week camp
session.
